Thank you for your interest in our property! Please read and complete all sections of this application. In order for your rental credit application to be processed each individual 18 or older would need to fill out a separate application. Once you have submitted your application you will need to contact our office immediately for information on basic qualifications, application processing, and to review the documentation that is required to process your application. Processing will NOT begin without application funds so it is important you contact us immediately after payment is made.

Application Process

  1. Complete and email a completed application.
  2. Pay a $25 non-refundable application fee*.
  3. Submit all required documents described below. You may email them to compoundhomes@gmail.com.
    • Completed rental application
    • Image of driver’s license or other government-provided ID.
    • 2 most recent pay stubs or most recent tax return.

  4. Each applicant age 18 or older (including spouse, roommates, children, and co-signers) must make a full, complete application.

*Application fee is non refundable regardless of denial or approval. All possible tenants are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be submitted via PayPal to compoundhomes@gmail.com.

Requirements for Approval

  1. Gross monthly income (combined for multiple applicants) must be at least three times (3x) the monthly rent.
  2. Experian Credit score must be greater than 600 or 650, depending on the property. Contact the Compound Homes for information about credit requirements for specific properties.
  3. Income and employment verification. You must submit your two most recent paycheck stubs or your most recent tax return and we must contact your employer to receive verification.
  4. Rental history verification from your previous two landlords.
  5. Criminal history verification We automatically reject applications if credit or criminal history reports show money owed to previous landlords, evictions, or felony convictions for violent or financial crimes in the past 7 years. We can approve past foreclosures or bankruptcies so long as the current Experian credit score meets our requirements for the property.

Funds Due Before Move-In

Total funds due prior to move-in will include, at a minimum, a Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent or $500 (depending on property). Other fees due prior to move-in may include additional Security Deposit of $200 per pet.
